CVS-1000 Card Verification System


The CVS-1000 Card Verification System is designed for high speed capture of personalized cards to verify the integrity of outgoing work or for capturing incoming card inventory.  The system may be used as an independent quality control check of cards personalized on an independent personalization system or for automated capture of all cards being entered into inventory.

The CVS-1000 captures 1D and 2D barcodes, human readable information, magstripe data, and document version data from CR-80 up to hangtag size cards ranging in thickness from 10 – 30 mils.  Processing speeds range from 20,000 up to 40,000 cards per hour, depending on the type of verification required.  The

URV-1500 Universal Read Verifier


The URV-1500 is designed for low to medium volume magnetic stripe read/verify applications.  Its open design allows for integration into many different card and product attaching systems, as well as a variety of inline magnetic stripe read/verify applications.  Equipment manufacturers and end users may choose to build this module into their solutions or request 509 Technologies to facilitate the integration.  The URV-1500 consists of the read/verify head with built-in electronics and serial output.  The magnetic read/verify head lasts up to 1 million reads and operates at speeds up to 20,000 CR-80 size cards per hour.  The URV-1500 reads up to 3 tracks of data, high and low coercivity, magnetic stripes.

ARM-1300 AT2 Read Module


The ARM-1300 is similar to the AES-3000 AT2 Encode System, but is for dedicated medium to high volume magnetic stripe read-only applications.  This module is designed to work specifically with the Pitney Bowes Sure-Feed AT2 Product Attaching System and can read magnetic stripes on the bottom of cards while affixing cards to carriers at speeds up to 25,000 letter-size documents per hour.  The module includes the integrated AT2 card transport and read/verify head to insure high quality consistent reading of up to 3 tracks of data, high and low coercivity, magnetic stripes.  The industrial ceramic chromoly read/verify head may last up to 20 million reads before requiring replacement.  Also included is the read/verify

AMS-1700 Attaching Matching System

The AMS-1700 is an inline matching system designed to improve the integrity of high speed card-to-carrier attaching solutions.  The open design of this system allows the most compatible capture devices to be used to enhance read rates of linear barcodes, 2D barcodes and human readable information.  The powerful 509 Controller and Data Recipe Wizard provides for user-friendly job setups and fast efficient matching of cards to carriers during the card affixing process.  Misread documents can either be diverted into a reject bin or the line stopped for manual matching/verification.  The AMS-1700 consists of the 509 Controller and a unique combination of capture devices and mounts to address one or a variety of application
